To commemorate the Canadian Day for Peace in Venezuela, which took place between February 20-24, various activities were organized in Vancouver, Ottawa, Toronto, Kitchener and Montreal.  These events showed support for both the people of Venezuela and their president Nicolás Maduro.

The Day served to show the rejection of and denounce the misinformation and media wars against the Bolivarian government. This was displayed through activities such as support rallies, forums, screenings and cultural events.
