Venezuelan President Calls for Solidarity with Snowden

nicolas-maduroMoscow, July 2 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro urged today to intensify the solidarity with ex NSA agent Edward Snowden, who revealed details of a US global espionage program.

Maduro wondered what type of information Snowden might have about Washington plans to spy on the world, which are prompting the White House to request his handing over to the United States.

Maduro, who met here today with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, told Russia Today channel that in the case of Snowden, 30, you can see the US youth that rebels against US excesses.
